Shipping and Payment Terms
Shipping:
We ship within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania. No shipments are made to the following foreign islands: Mallorca, Ibiza, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, La Gomera.
Shipping Methods:
We ship the goods immediately after receipt of payment with DHL, GLS, HERMES, or Deutsche Post.
The choice of carrier depends on the size and weight of the packages.
Delivery Times:
If payment is received by 1 pm, we will dispatch on the same day.
Delivery Time Germany: 1-2 days.
Delivery Time Abroad: 3-4 days.

Payment Methods:
Cash Payment on Pickup:
You can pick up your items by appointment (Phone: 01590 4838258) at our warehouse in 68167 Mannheim, Chr.-Friedrich-Schwan-Straße 12, and pay the invoice amount in cash immediately.
Prepayment:
You pay the invoice amount in advance by bank transfer to our account. You will receive our bank details incl. BIC / IBAN for EU transfers with the order confirmation by email. A transfer from Germany is usually credited to our account after about 2 working days, for transfers from other EU countries, you can usually expect about 5 - 8 days until the money has been credited to our account.
PayPal:
If you have an existing balance or pay by credit card, PayPal forwards your payment to our PayPal account in real-time so that your ordered items can be shipped immediately.
PayPal - Invoice Purchase:
If you choose the payment method "Purchase on Invoice (via PayPal Plus)", the purchase price becomes due after the goods have been delivered and invoiced. In this case, the purchase price must be paid to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, 2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal") within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the invoice without deduction. The payment method "Purchase on Invoice (via PayPal Plus)" requires a successful credit check by PayPal. If the customer is granted delivery on account after the credit check, the payment processing is carried out in cooperation with PayPal, to which the seller assigns its payment claim. In this case, the customer can only make payments to PayPal with discharging effect. The seller remains responsible for general customer inquiries, e.g. regarding the goods, delivery time, shipping, returns, complaints, withdrawal declarations and returns or credits, even if the payment method "Purchase on Invoice (via PayPal Plus)" is selected. Otherwise, the PayPal terms of use (see above) apply, which the customer can access and confirm within the ordering process.
PayPal - Credit Card:
If you pay by credit card, PayPal forwards your payment to our PayPal account in real-time so that your ordered items can be shipped immediately.
PayPal - Direct Debit:
If you pay by direct debit, PayPal forwards your payment to our PayPal account in real-time so that your ordered items can be shipped immediately.
Amazon Pay
Do you have an Amazon account? Then simply use Amazon Pay wherever you see the Amazon Pay button. Click on the button during the payment process to use the information you already have stored in your Amazon account and to pay with your bank or credit card. You don't have to create a new account or remember old passwords. This allows you to complete the payment process more quickly while enjoying the security and reliability that Amazon offers.
Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer various payment options.
The use of Klarna payment methods requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of initiating and processing the purchase contract for address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
